Step by step
From the first call to shipping in days.
Six steps, the same every time. You set the priorities. We run the backlog and keep the work moving.
Step 1, Day 1
Book a call
Tell us what you’re building. We learn your product, priorities and roadmap, then recommend the right plan and team.
Step 2, Day 1
Choose your plan
Design, development or both, from $6,000 a month, billed monthly. Add SEO and AEO or CRO when you need them.
Step 3, Day 2
Kick off in Slack
We set up a shared Slack channel and your client board, organise the backlog and plug the team into your tools.
Step 4, Day 3
Request anything
Add tasks to the board and set the priority: a landing page, a product flow, a deck or a build. We start at the top of the queue.
Step 5, Every day
Review and ship
Most requests move in 24 to 48 hour cycles. You get Loom walkthroughs and previews, and nothing ships until you approve it.
Step 6, Any month
Scale up, pause or switch
Add capacity for a launch or a raise, pause for a month when things slow down, or move to another plan as the work changes.
One team, full stack
A pool of senior specialists, not one hire.
Product, growth, web, brand, motion and code. Every plan comes with a project manager and the people the work needs, from one senior team based in Gdansk.

Why a pool beats one person on payroll
- 01
The right specialist for each task. A brand job goes to a brand designer and a build goes to an engineer.
- 02
Design and build in one loop. Approved design goes straight to development, so nothing waits on a handoff.
- 03
Nothing to recruit or manage. No hiring, onboarding or reviews. Our project manager runs the team.
Timelines
Real projects, real timelines.
How long the work took, from our case studies. Every bar starts at kickoff and runs on the same scale.

How we compare
A whole team for less than one hire.
One designer on payroll costs more than our Design + Development plan, and you still only get one person’s range. Here is how the options stack up.
| DesignMe | In-house hire | Agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to start | Days. Shipping from day 3 | About 39 days to hire, then notice3 | Scoping and a proposal first |
| Range of skills | Product, web, brand, motion and code | Two people’s range | Wide, split across teams |
| Flexibility | Scale up, pause or cancel | Fixed salaries, notice periods | Contracts and change requests |
- 1BLS median pay (May 2025): web and digital interface designers $104,000, web developers $92,650 a year. Wages are 70% of employer costs in private industry (BLS, June 2026), so salary ÷ 0.70 ÷ 12. One designer alone is about $12,400/mo. BLS pay (opens in a new tab) · BLS employer costs (opens in a new tab)
- 2Clutch: web design companies charge around $100 to $149 an hour. Monthly range assumes 160 hours a month for each of two people. Clutch pricing guide (opens in a new tab)

AI, used well
AI multiplies what a senior team ships.
We use AI agents across research, design, code and QA, inside your design system and rules we write down. People own the taste and the final call.
How we use AIAI does
- First reads of the brief, your site and competitors
- Variations of flows, layouts and copy
- Components and pages drafted in code
- Checks for contrast, spacing, links and speed
People do
- Decide what the work is for
- Pick one direction and finish it properly
- Review every change and fix what the agent gets wrong
- Approve before anything goes live
Plans
Pick a monthly plan, add growth if you need it.
Billed monthly. Pause for a month or cancel anytime, and plan changes start from your next billing cycle.
Tech stack
The tools change. The standard doesn’t.

FAQs
Questions founders ask
“Most founders want to understand the same things: who they'll work with, how quickly we can start, what happens when priorities change and how this compares with hiring internally. Here are the answers.”
Or email us hello@designme.agency
Can DesignMe work alongside our existing team?
Absolutely. Most of our clients already have founders, engineers, marketers or designers internally. We plug into that setup rather than replacing it. Think of us as additional senior capacity your team can call on whenever needed. That’s how we’ve worked with companies including Lightdash, Seamless.AI, Spatial, Datawizz and many others.
Why use DesignMe instead of hiring another designer?
Hiring full-time requires extensive time and resources for recruitment, onboarding, and management, often with long-term commitments. With us, you get a ready-to-go senior team that delivers immediately, without the overhead of permanent hires. Plus, you can pause or cancel whenever needed.
DesignMe vs other contractors
Managing multiple contractors often means juggling communication and project alignment. At DesignMe, we offer an integrated team with a dedicated project manager, a team lead, a shared vision, ensuring all aspects, from strategy to execution, are handled by our team, saving you time and headaches.
Who works on our project?
At any time you have one or two senior designers on your project plus a project manager, and engineers join when the work needs them. The specialists listed on each plan are the people we bring in for that kind of work.
Do you use AI on client work?
Yes, for the legwork. AI drafts options, code and checks. Senior designers and developers choose, refine and finish what you see, and nothing ships until a person has approved it.
What if I don’t have enough design work every month?
No problem. You can pause your subscription for a month and resume anytime. Many clients scale up during busy product launches and scale down when things slow. Plan changes start from your next billing cycle.
How do requests work?
Add anything you need to your board and set the priority. We work through the highest-priority request first and keep the next tasks queued behind it. There’s no limit to how much you can keep in the backlog. If you need more moving at once, Design + Development runs two requests at a time, and a 25-hour pack adds hours when you need them.
How quickly do you deliver?
Most requests move in roughly 24 to 48 hour cycles, depending on complexity. Large features, websites and brand systems take longer, but you see progress continuously rather than waiting three weeks for a big reveal.
Can I pause the subscription?
Yes. If your roadmap slows down, pause for a month and resume when you’re ready. A lot of clients increase capacity around launches, fundraising or major product releases and reduce it afterwards. Pausing is separate from cancelling: if you want to stop, you can cancel anytime, with no notice.
How do you communicate and manage work?
We use Notion and Slack. You get a clean Client Portal with all documentation and kanban-like task system. We'll share daily updates, host calls as needed. On larger retainers, we can also integrate with your software and team to make the process even smoother.
Who owns the work?
You do. All final Figma files, brand assets, development work and documentation created for you are yours. There’s no proprietary system keeping you locked in.
