Build and Launch Websites: Develop responsive, visually appealing websites using Webflow, ensuring they meet client expectations and performance standards.
Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and with designers to translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect Webflow builds.
Utilize Tools like Relume: Leverage Relume libraries to accelerate development while maintaining high-quality standards.
Optimize for Speed and Performance: Ensure websites are fast, accessible, and SEO-friendly, delivering a smooth user experience on all devices.
Implement Advanced Features: Add custom animations, interactions, and integrations to elevate user experience and meet specific client goals.
Maintain and Update Sites: Provide ongoing support for updates, bug fixes, and functional improvements to existing Webflow projects.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Webflow development, with a portfolio showcasing responsive, high-performing websites.
Client-First Expertise: Strong familiarity with the Client-First framework and the ability to structure Webflow projects for scalability and maintainability.
Relume Experience: Hands-on experience using Relume libraries to speed up development and ensure consistent design standards.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting and custom integrations.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to work directly with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Attention to Detail: A commitment to delivering pixel-perfect websites that stay true to the provided designs.
Competitive Salary: We offer senior Webflow developers a salary between 14,000 - 18,000+ PLN + VAT, depending on experience and expertise.
