What you'll be doing
Design Intuitive Interfaces: Create user-centered designs for web and mobile that are both visually appealing and easy to use.
Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside developers, product managers, and fellow designers to bring ideas to life and deliver seamless user experiences.
Prototype & Test: Build wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to test your ideas and iterate based on feedback and insights.
User Research & Insights: Conduct user research, analyze data, and use those insights to drive your design decisions, ensuring the end result is user-friendly and impactful.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with UI/UX trends and incorporate fresh, innovative ideas into your designs.
What we require
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces.
Tools & Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Strong understanding of UX principles and experience with prototyping.
Problem Solver: You’re creative but also practical, able to balance beauty with functionality to solve real design challenges.
Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You’re comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and ensure that every pixel and user flow is in its right place.
What we offer
Competitive Salary: We offer UI/UX designers in Poland a salary between 12,000 - 18,000 PLN + VAT, depending on experience.
