Lead Design Projects: Own the end-to-end design process, from initial research and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and final implementation.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring a seamless handoff and execution of your designs.
Shape Product Vision: Contribute to the product strategy by advocating for user-centered design principles and aligning design goals with business objectives.
User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on testing to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.
Design Systems & Standards: Build and maintain scalable design systems and ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
Optimize & Improve: Continuously analyze the usability of the product and propose design improvements to optimize the user experience.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a digital or creative environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
Leadership: Ability to take ownership of design projects and guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Problem-Solver: Skilled at turning complex challenges into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to communicate design ideas, collaborate with stakeholders, and work in sync with developers and product managers.
Tool Expertise: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Competitive Salary: We offer senior product designers a salary between 14,000 - 18,000 PLN + VAT, depending on experience and expertise.
