What you'll be doing
Design with Purpose: You'll take complex ideas and turn them into simple, user-friendly interfaces. Whether it’s mobile apps, websites, or product features, you’ll ensure everything looks and works beautifully.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to bring ideas to life. Your input will shape every step of the process—from concept to final implementation.
Research & Problem-Solve: Conduct user research, gather insights, and create design solutions that are not only visually engaging but also intuitive and user-centered.
Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of design projects and lead the team with your creative vision. We want you to inspire, guide, and elevate the work around you.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge and effective.
What we require
Experience: You have at least 5+ years of experience in product design and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex problems through clean, effective design.
Skills: Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. A solid understanding of UX/UI principles is essential.
Creativity: You think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table, while also being pragmatic in your approach to solving design challenges.
Collaboration: A team player who’s comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can communicate design decisions clearly and effectively.
Attention to Detail: You know that the magic is in the details, and you’re passionate about delivering polished, pixel-perfect designs.
What we offer
Competitive Salary: We offer senior product designers in Poland a salary ranging between 14,000 - 24,000 PLN + VAT, based on experience and expertise.
