What you'll be doing
Lead Product Development: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept through design, development, and launch.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and ensure projects stay on track.
Drive Strategy & Execution: Develop product roadmaps that align with business goals and ensure they are effectively communicated and executed across teams.
User-Centered Focus: Understand user needs and gather insights through research, testing, and feedback to ensure the product meets user expectations and business goals.
Optimize & Improve: Continuously analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize features, functionality, and user experience.
What we require
Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital or creative environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
Leadership: You’re a natural leader who can inspire and guide teams, keeping everyone aligned and focused on the project’s goals.
Problem-Solver: You thrive on solving complex problems and can quickly adapt to changes while staying focused on delivering results.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to articulate ideas, set expectations, and manage stakeholders effectively.
Technical Understanding: While you don’t need to code, you should have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of digital product development.
