Create Stunning 3D Designs: Use tools like Blender, Spline, or Cinema 4D to craft photorealistic renders, interactive 3D elements, and immersive visual experiences.
Develop Engaging Motion Graphics: Design smooth, captivating animations using After Effects, Jitter, or Rive to elevate branding, storytelling, and product experiences.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure visuals align with brand identity and project goals.
Experiment with Interactive Elements: Explore and implement interactive 3D designs that push the boundaries of web and app experiences.
Optimize for Performance: Ensure all 3D and motion designs are optimized for performance, maintaining a balance between quality and usability.
Stay on Top of Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in 3D and motion design to ensure our projects remain innovative and cutting-edge.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in visual design with a strong focus on 3D and motion.
3D Design Expertise: Proficiency in Blender, Spline, or Cinema 4D to create high-quality 3D assets and interactive elements.
Motion Design Skills: Experience with After Effects is required, and familiarity with Jitter and Rive is highly desirable.
Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver polished, pixel-perfect designs with smooth animations and seamless transitions.
Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, communicate ideas, and implement feedback effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of performance optimization for 3D and motion assets, ensuring designs work flawlessly across devices.
Competitive Salary: We offer senior visual designers a salary between 14,000 - 18,000 PLN + VAT, depending on experience and expertise.
